At Nuvamos, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions below.

Returns Eligibility

Items may be returned if they meet all of the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • In original condition with tags and packaging included

  • Free from stains, odors, pet hair, or damage

For hygiene and quality reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if they have been worn or used.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as non-returnable

  • Products damaged through normal wear, misuse, or improper care

Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Submit your return request through your customer account or order confirmation page.

  2. Once your return is approved, return instructions will be provided.

  3. Securely package the item and ship it back using the provided instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please retain all packaging and documentation related to the order. Eligible issues may qualify for a replacement or refund after review.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or item, you may place a new order after your return is approved.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Chargebacks and Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, excessive returns, or policy violations.
